About STUDIO ES

STUDIO ES is the multidisciplinary design practice of Montréal-based designer Émile Séguin. Its work spans brand identities, websites and digital systems, creative direction, photography, objects, and spatial projects. The studio brings together strategy, design, development, and material experimentation across digital and physical contexts.

Photography forms both an independent body of work and a means of documenting projects, people, objects, and environments. Working in digital and analogue formats, Séguin’s images focus on architecture, street life, material detail, contrast, stillness, and the use of lines and grids. Selected work has been featured by VSCO, Unsplash, Hypebeast, and other platforms.

Longtemps is an independent creative label founded by Séguin for furniture, objects, studio goods, editions, and collaborations. Developed alongside commissioned work, it provides a framework for material-led design, prototyping, and small-scale production, ranging from one-off studies to durable objects intended for continued use.

Across these activities, the studio maintains a focus on clarity, utility, and long-term relevance.

Based in Montréal and open to international collaborations.
